Fairytale Daycare offers free 3K for All and PreK for all through the New York City Department of Education.
Families can apply three ways:
- Online at www.Myschools.nyc
- Over the phone by calling 718-935-2009
- In-person by visiting a Family Welcome Center
Children who are already enrolled in our daycare get priority for 3K and PreK at our school.
How to apply online:
- Go to www.Myschools.nyc and create an account if you do not already have one.
- Add your child(ren)’s infromation. If you gave multiples (twins, triplets, etc.), this can be indicated on the application, so they do not get assigned to separate schools.
- You can then apply to 3k and PreK (applications open at the end of January) for up to 12 schools. Make sure to list schools in order of preference. Our school code is QCKD.
- There is no paperwork required at this time. You will be notified of your child(ren)’s program placement in May. At that time, you will move on to the registration process.
